GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE TRUFFLIN’
1 oz represents the total weight of a truffle order, it doesn’t necessarily equal one truffle. Based on market availability, your order could be one or several truffles. If you have a particular size request, please include it in the note section at checkout and our team will be happy to help.
Truffles, caviar and ranch must be refrigerated upon receipt, make sure you are home on the day of delivery. Truffles are better consumed as fresh as possible (within 3-5 days), so we recommend to order them close to the day that you plan on using them. Unopened caviar will keep 2-3 weeks. Unopened ranch will keep for 3 weeks in the fridge.
Do not place a truffle order for a delivery or pickup a week ahead of time; prices change weekly based on European markets (we update them each Sunday at 5 PM). We can’t guarantee the same prices on fresh truffles a week prior.
If you wish to process an order but don’t want your truffle and caviar the next day, please email email@example.com so we can help you schedule the delivery accordingly.
Please note that truffles, caviar and ranch are fresh products and their availability can vary based on market, seasonality etc. If for any reason we are not able to provide a timely delivery on your order, you will be contacted by email immediately and our team will help to reschedule your order, process a credit or refund.
Each fresh truffle order placed before 12 PM EST from Monday-Thursday will be processed as Next Day shipping. For next day shipping on Fridays, please process your order before 12 PM EST and select the Saturday delivery option. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed on the following business day.
Weekends & Holidays
All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day. No orders will be shipped on the below holidays and the 24 hours preceding them:
New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
Trufflin guarantees outstanding freshness on truffle, caviar and ranch orders. Such perishable products are non-refundable, however you can reach out to us with any concern within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will proceed at our own discretion. Please provide a photo if the product is received damaged. We will not consider any claim if items are discarded, show significant sign of usage or if the products were not refrigerated upon arrival. Please inspect the content of your order immediately upon receipt, keep all packaging intact and contact us within 24 hours. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any claim regarding your order. If accepted, you will be given instructions to ship the product back within 24 hours. Perishable items must be shipped in the original packaging you received, with frozen ice packs. No return or exchange will be granted if these conditions aren't fulfilled or without our authorization.
