Each fresh truffle order placed before 3 PM EST from Monday-Thursday will be processed as Next Day shipping ($30). For next day shipping on Fridays, please process your order before 12 PM EST and select the Saturday delivery option ($50). Otherwise it will be processed on the following business day.
Truffles must be refrigerated upon receipt, make sure you are home on the day of delivery. They are better consumed as fresh as possible (within 3-5 days), so we recommend to order them close to the day that you plan on using them.
Do not place an order for a delivery or pickup the following week; truffle prices change weekly based on European markets (we update them each Sunday at 5 PM). We can’t guarantee the same prices on fresh truffles a week ahead of time.
If you wish to process an order but don’t want your truffle the next day, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you schedule the delivery accordingly.
Please note that truffles & caviar are fresh products and their availability can vary based on market, seasonality etc. If for any reason we are not able to provide next day shipment on your order, you will be contacted by email immediately and our team will help to reschedule your order, process a credit or refund.
Weekends & Holidays
All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day. No orders will be shipped on the below holidays and the 24 hours preceding them:
New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
Trufflin guarantees outstanding freshness on truffle and caviar shipments. Such perishable products are non-refundable, however you can reach out to us with any concern within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will proceed at our own discretion. We will not consider any claim if items are discarded or show sign of usage. Please inspect the content of your order immediately upon receipt and keep all packaging intact. Contact us at email@example.com for any claim regarding your order. If your claim is accepted, you will be given instructions to ship the product back within 24 hours. Perishable items must be shipped in the original packaging you received, with frozen ice packs. No return or exchange will be granted if these conditions aren't fulfilled or without our authorization.
